We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Just let us know your preferred setting, and we’ll make the adjustments promptly. 🏠 Private Space: This unit comprises the entire 3rd floor, complete with a kitchen, living room, full bathroom, balcony, and 2 bedrooms, all accessed by a private entrance from the back of the house! The main level and 2nd story are rented out together separately. 🛁 Shared Hot Tub: Please note that the hot tub is a communal amenity shared with the guests in the other unit on this property. We ask that you be mindful of other guests to ensure everyone has a relaxing experience.
