The master bedroom (Bedroom 1) upstairs features a comfortable king-sized bed with all the essentials, including comforters, pillows, and extra blankets. Bedroom 2 on the main level offers a queen-sized bed and the same cozy amenities. Additionally, we have a separate suite (Bedroom 3) nestled in our backyard for added privacy. You'll find this space well-equipped with ceiling fans, window coverings, and ample storage. In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, we provide a dedicated office room for your convenience. Our fully equipped kitchen ensures you have all the essentials for home-cooked meals. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
