The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the dining area offers ample space for everyone to gather and enjoy. The bright and airy living room flows to decks with seating, as well as a covered porch with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Elevator access makes moving between levels a breeze. The mid level features three queen bedrooms (two with private baths and one sharing a Jack-and-Jill bath) and a bunk room with twin-over-full beds, also sharing the Jack-and-Jill bath, perfect for kids or extra guests. Pool heating is available April 15th - June 1st by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week, ensuring you can enjoy the water no matter the season. Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
