THE LIVING AREA The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. We even have PS4 game console with lots of games for large groups. THE 3 BEDROOMS The bedrooms are furnished with King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib, and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep. • Master Bedroom on the Ground Floor + En-Suite Bathroom: 1 King Bed, Baby Crib, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Smart TV • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed, Smart TV • Bonus 1 Queen bed and Workspace in Living Room 2 (we have 2 living rooms) THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt. Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside for at least 16 people. The house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. 2 BATHROOMS Fully-stocked 2 Bathrooms with walk-in shower and bathtub and everything you need: shampoo, body wash, along with a hairdryer and fresh towels. FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) • Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests • How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Andasol St, San Diego CA 92126" for accurate distances • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking. • How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. • Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets. Price may vary depending on the guest count in the listing description. • Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only with windows and doors closed.
