THE LIVING AREA The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an Xbox game console. THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt. Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside for at least 16 people. We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation • Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests • How far is the home from specific locations? Use G00gle Maps with "Benavente Pl, San Diego CA 92129" for accurate distances • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking • Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest • How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. • Security devices? 2 cameras outside for pool and front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home One noise decibel monitor: Pool area outside the home. The Minut device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio • Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets.
