Welcome to our stunning Townhouse located in the lavish Gold Coast of Chicago—one of the most sought-after locations in the city! Located on one of Chicago’s famous streets, you’ll be a 5-minute walk from the historic Gold Coast beach and intimate views of Lake Michigan. The property is also within walking distance of the subway, where you can connect to the L trains, and the Magnificent Mile. It is the perfect place to stay for adventurous travellers and those who fancy a beach in the City! A beautiful home nestled nicely amongst greenery. Upon stepping into this 4-bedroom townhouse, you’ll be struck by the vast size and traditional decor combined with modern chic. There is a large reception room as you enter; it’s a perfect spot for an afternoon read or seeking peaceful refuge should you not want to watch TV in the sitting room. Moving on, you’ll walk on through to the large polished dining table and kitchen. Both of which are fully equipped for amateur chefs and foodies alike. Going up the stairs takes you into a lounge with comfy sofas and a fireplace—perfect for chilly and windy Chicago winters! On the 2nd floor, we have 2 very large and spacious bedrooms, allowing lots of natural light and a shared bathroom with a bath. The 3rd floor boasts the large master bedroom of the house with a bed fit for a king or queen. A large traditional tiled shower room fitted with a multijet Kohler digital shower will help you unwind after a day of exploring. You can also find our bunk room, perfect for all ages, with a nicely polished oak frame. Our Chicago Townhouse is a holiday rental that becomes a home—you won't want to leave! A truly special place to stay! The neighbourhood is residential, so quiet must be observed after 10 pm every night. We may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. This can be retained for noise complaints, unauthorized parties, excessive uncleanliness, or damage beyond normal use. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels low after 10 pm. A security company may visit the property for excessive noise complaints, and you will be charged for their attendance. The basement is a separate property and is available to book should you require it.
