Stay in our luxury Garden Summerhouse Annexe Suite, located inside a converted Victorian School grounds, situated on the slopes of the harbour town of Fowey with incredible views and amazing lush tropical gardens. Relax while taking in the scenery - The main village and attractions are only a 5-minute walk away - the 'Old School Studios' are a perfect location for your trip to Cornwall. A self-contained Summerhouse annexe is perfect for family vacations, a couple's getaway, or business trips. Our recently renovated Victorian school is unique, spacious and bright. You’ll be blown away by gorgeous Victorian architecture and industrial interior design. Inside our summerhouse Annexe, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The property includes a full-sized bathroom with a shower and bath facilities. For entertainment, there is a large TV with Netflix. Our annexe faces out onto gorgeous gardens for serene views. There are also entertaining spaces both inside and outside the property. The harbour town of Fowey is just 100m away This property has two other buildings on the same plot, with a total capacity to sleep up to 24 people! Perfect for large family gatherings! You'll find a selection of independent shops, fresh local produce and plenty of restaurants and cafes. You can hire a boat for £20 and travel up and down the famous Fowey waters. The Eden Project is a short 15-minute drive away. Please note that other guests may be staying in the main house or flat. Please do not disturb them, and ensure your entire party is quiet after 10 pm. We may require a deposit for single-night bookings, last-minute reservations, and large booking groups. This can be retained for noise complaints, unauthorized parties, excessive uncleanliness, or damage beyond normal use.
