Beach Break has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and is just a short walk to the pedestrian-only beach area! Check out the water views from the front deck, grab your favorite beverage and lounge in the custom deck chairs, or relax in the shaded outdoor living area with custom built furniture! Beach Break is sure to please all of your friends and family! Beach Break is just a short walk to the Pedestrian Beach Area, with all the comforts of home! This charming beach bungalow is bright and comfy, beautifully decorated to enhance your beach experience. This home has accommodations to comfortably sleep up to 12 people with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. They include a King Bed Suite, a Queen Bed Suite and 2 additional Bedrooms each having a Queen Bed and set of Twin Bunks. Relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and beach views from the comfort of the shaded wrap-around deck. The floorplan is open for entertaining and dining, with the bedrooms and bathrooms split on each side of the home. The full sized HE washer & dryer are located outside of the kitchen door on the shaded back deck where you can sit at one of the 3 picnic tables provided while waiting on your beach towels to dry. There is also a wonderful enclosed out-door shower located at the base of the exterior stairs perfect to wash off all the sand and salt before heading into the home. The pedestrian side of Surfside Beach is very family friendly! There is a much slower pace here, with most visitors opting to walk or ride their golf carts to visit the beach and set-up on the sand. Beach Break is centrally located for all things Surfside Beach! There are convenient food stores, lively restaurants, the historic Fort Velasco site, Butterfly Trail and Jetty Park for fishing and sightseeing all within minutes' walk to observe and enjoy! Jetty Park also has a BRAND-NEW playground perfect for the little ones to enjoy!
