Bathrooms · One with a shower, a vanity unit and a mirror above the washbasin. · One with a bathtub, reached from the bedroom, hairdryer included. Living and dining A grey sofa and a coffee table by the window, with the dining table set under pendant lamps. TV, Wi-Fi, blackout blinds, and a table that works for a laptop. Kitchen Timber units along the wall: oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, milk frother, capsule coffee maker, toaster and blender, plus dishes, wine glasses and cookware. Terrace A table and chairs outside, facing the trees and the hills beyond. In the building A co-working room with long tables, a shared rooftop with planters, a lift, a hallway wardrobe, front desk with access control, and private parking for small and medium cars. Practical Heating in the living room, continuous hot water from a boiler, and an iron.
