Just 100 yards from the boat launch, with the option to reserve a dedicated boat slip during your stay, lake access couldn’t be easier. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and stylish updates throughout. Step outside to a covered porch where you can relax with lake views, the sound of water, and a gentle breeze. Entrance: From the parking area, you’ll take a short stairway with eight steps down to reach the entrance of Unit #1. There is also one space available to the side of the building that has a ramp up to the unit to avoid the stairs. Tucked away in a quiet cove, it offers a peaceful, private atmosphere—yet you're just a short drive from Branson West, Silver Dollar City, and all the local dining, entertainment, and attractions that make this area a top destination. Whether you're chasing outdoor adventures or a relaxing lakeside retreat, this location offers the best of both worlds. Plus, the entire property is being thoughtfully revitalized, with new amenities and updates enhancing your stay. **There is a short stairway with eight steps down to reach the entrance of Unit #1. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately. **Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee. **Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste. **No cats allowed.
