The property is located inside a shared fenced area with two other vacation rentals. While a parcel of a larger property it includes privacy! **Please note that this property requires the ability to climb stairs, which may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility Enjoy this charming and comfortable space for a relaxing stay! This is an ideal retreat for a beach-loving getaway! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bed Room – King Bed, Smart TV, sound machine. Living Room – Queen Sleeper Sofa STOCKED ITEMS All our properties are stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay! Kitchen: coffee, sugar, coffee filters, salt and pepper, potholders, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, kitchen hand towels and dishcloths, paper towels, trash bags Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, makeup wipes, tissue. All linens are provided. **This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately. **Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee. **Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
