Welcome to Enchanted Rockview Cabins, a peaceful retreat where you can relax and take in the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. From this scenic spot, you will enjoy breathtaking views of Enchanted Rock, lush green landscapes, and easy access to nearby outdoor activities. Rockview Cabin 4 is wheelchair accessible and pet-friendly, featuring two queen beds, a full kitchen, and accommodations for up to four guests. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and nature. Enchanted Rock, a geological marvel located in central Texas just minutes away from Rockview Cabins, captivates visitors with its sheer size and mystical ambiance. This massive pink granite dome, rising over 400 feet above the surrounding terrain, offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Hill Country landscape. From hiking to stargazing, Enchanted Rock State Natural Area beckons adventurers to explore its rugged beauty and experience the enchantment of the Texas wilderness. Make sure to reserve a pass prior to your trip on the Park's website! Park passes are reserved quickly and it is worth seeing up close! The neighborhood offers a serene and picturesque setting nestled within the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Characterized by rolling hills, lush greenery, and expansive skies, this area provides a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The landscape is dotted with vineyards, orchards, and fields, contributing to its idyllic charm. Residents and visitors alike can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and wildlife observation in the nearby parks and nature reserves. Additionally, the neighborhood is just a short drive away from the vibrant downtown area of Fredericksburg, known for its quaint shops, delicious eateries, and cultural attractions, offering the perfect blend of rural tranquility and urban convenience. Important: To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the House Rules, FCM Homes Terms & Conditions, provide a copy of your ID and credit card details for incidentals and reason for visit via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Please note that payments over $1,000 require a quick verification step. Guesty Pay Protect will contact you via email before your payment is processed to complete this verification. If the verification isn’t completed within 15 minutes, the reservation will unfortunately be canceled due to non-payment. HOUSE RULES: - Occupancy [ 4 ] - Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. - The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. - No smoking on the premises inside or outside. - Pets: Please no pets in cabin 1 or 5. Cabins 2 and 4 can accommodate 1 pet each with a $100 fee. No fencing on property. Pet must be leashed at all times. - Parties are not allowed. - Guests are not allowed to wander around the ranch and must stay within the yard boundaries of their dwelling as there are hunters, other properties, snakes, and rough terrain. - There is a fire pit and BBQ grill on site for guest use. We kindly ask bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. - Fireworks are not allowed. - For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. - Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. - If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. - Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. - This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. This property is on well water and with the extreme heat and current drought, the water pressure is low. Please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. It is best to shower one at a time as the water may not be able to sustain multiple locations all at once. Please note that this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services. As you may know, Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
