About the Home

Designed with comfort in mind, the home features three well-appointed bedrooms. The master includes a king-sized bed, while the remaining two bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds — thoughtfully styled to create a warm and relaxing retreat for up to six guests. The central bathroom is spacious and well-equipped with a shower, bathtub and vanity. In the living area, guests can unwind with a flat-screen TV, feature artwork and charming period details, including ornate ceilings that add character throughout the home. A separate dining room features a timber-lined ceiling, seating for six and a dedicated workspace — ideal for remote work or study. The kitchen is light-filled and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, along with ample storage space. Outside, a large undercover entertaining area with a deck and BBQ provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining or relaxing with family and friends. The fully enclosed side yard offers added privacy and includes play equipment, making it ideal for children and pets. Central heating and cooling throughout the home ensure year-round comfort in every season. Please note your furry friend is welcome at this property. We ask that your pet doesn't go on the furniture and that all evidence of a pet is cleaned up before your exit. Any damage will incur a fee. PortaCot Available: We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee. Please note: - Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrival. - Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property. - If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay If you would like to arrange use of the PortaCot, please let us know when making your booking.

The Neighborhood

Strathdale is a family-friendly suburb located in the historic city of Bendigo. This home is conveniently located close to many of Bendigo's main attractions. It is less than a 10-minute drive from Bendigo's CBD (Rosalind Park, Bendigo Art Gallery) and less than a 5-minute drive from La Trobe University.

When you book with us, you agree to the terms and conditions highlighted below. These terms allow us to maintain a certain standard for all guests. We appreciate your co-operation in following these terms when staying with us!

Check-in time

Check-in is at 3pm unless otherwise agreed. We will do our best to accommodate any requests however this is not always possible and is not guaranteed.

Checkout time

Checkout is strictly at 10am unless otherwise agreed.

We endeavour to keep our cleaning fees as low as possible for our guests and kindly request that, prior to checking out you

- Wash, dry and put away all dishes used during your stay. - Turn off the TV, lights and any air-conditioning/heating used. - Dispose of any rubbish into the bins provided. - Clean the BBQ if used during your stay. - Do NOT wash any linen prior to leaving the property. - Return the keys to the lockbox provided.

Booking requirements

Please book for the number of guests staying at the property. If more guests are found to be in the property, the booking may be cancelled.

The additional fees are below for reference

Staying past 10am check out time: $55 p/h, per cleaner. Dirty BBQ (food scraps, unable to be used by next guest): $50. Evidence of parties/pets/smoking: $150 fee. Additional guests: $50 per night/ per guest, plus the right to cancel the booking. Lost keys: 100% of the replacement cost plus $50 administration fee.
