A separate dining room sits just beyond, centred around a large timber table and a thoughtful layout that makes gathering for meals easy and comfortable. The kitchen retains its original character while incorporating modern updates, including stainless steel appliances, a Smeg oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, along with ample bench space. The home offers three bedrooms. Two bedrooms include queen beds, while the third is fitted with two tri-bunks, making it a practical option for families or larger groups. There are two bathrooms. The main bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, vanity and a separate toilet. The second bathroom features a shower, vanity and toilet, along with a combined laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Split-system heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and easy parking are available for guest use. The driveway can accommodate multiple cars, long vehicles and trailers. The East Bendigo location provides convenient access to Bendigo CBD, Bendigo Health, Bendigo TAFE and Lake Weeroona.

The Neighborhood

Located in Bendigo, the property offers convenient access to the town centre, local shops, cafés and everyday amenities. The area is primarily residential, providing a quiet and relaxed setting while still being within easy reach of Bendigo’s main attractions.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire property. Guests will not have access to the garage.

Check-in time

Check-in is at 3pm unless otherwise agreed. We will do our best to accommodate any requests however this is not always possible and is not guaranteed.

Checkout time

Checkout is strictly at 10am unless otherwise agreed.

We endeavour to keep our cleaning fees as low as possible for our guests and kindly request that, prior to checking out you

- Wash, dry and put away all dishes used during your stay. - Turn off the TV, lights and any air-conditioning/heating used. - Dispose of any rubbish into the bins provided. - Clean the BBQ if used during your stay. - Do NOT wash any linen prior to leaving the property. - Return the keys to the lockbox provided.

Booking requirements

Please book for the number of guests staying at the property. If more guests are found to be in the property, the booking may be cancelled.

The additional fees are below for reference

Staying past 10am check out time: $55 p/h, per cleaner. Dirty BBQ (food scraps, unable to be used by next guest): $50. Evidence of parties/pets/smoking: $150 fee. Additional guests: $50 per night/ per guest, plus the right to cancel the booking. Lost keys: 100% of the replacement cost plus $50 administration fee.
