Inside, you’ll enjoy year-round comfort with central heating, a cosy gas log fireplace, and a split system air-conditioner in the living area. The home features two well-appointed bedrooms: - A spacious master with a queen bed - A second bedroom with a comfortable double bed Both rooms include ceiling fans, ample storage, and quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen retains the home’s character while offering everything you need for your stay, including an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. A selection of coffee pods, tea, milk, and sugar is provided to get you started. The adjoining dining area comfortably accommodates all guests, making it perfect for shared meals. The light-filled living room is a welcoming space to unwind - ideal for movie nights, board games, or simply relaxing with a book. Positioned separately from the bedrooms, it offers a quiet retreat away from the rest of the home. The central bathroom includes a shower, bath, and toilet - perfect for families or longer stays. An additional outdoor toilet adds extra convenience. Step outside to one of the home’s standout features: a beautifully landscaped, oversized backyard. Conveniently located in Kennington, you’re just a short drive to Bendigo’s CBD, Rosalind Park, Bendigo Art Gallery, and La Trobe University - making this an ideal base for both leisure and work stays. PortaCot Available: We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee. Please note: - Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival. - Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own.
