Inside this home you'll fall in love with: - 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 x queen and 2 x king single beds. The main bedroom with queen bed also features an ensuite with toilet and hand basin - great for added privacy and comfort. All bedrooms have split systems, keeping you comfortable year-round. - Separate light-filled living room with flat screen TV, ample seating options and split system air-conditioning. - Fully equipped kitchen with pod coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, kettle, toaster and more. - Dining area located next to the kitchen. Enjoy a meal at the table or breakfast bar. - Beautifully renovated bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. - Laundry with washing machine, dryer and everything you need to do washing away from home. - Fully fenced front and backyards, well maintained with seating areas to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon wine. PortaCot Available: We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee. Please note: - Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival. - Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property. - If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay If you would like to arrange use of the PortaCot, please let us know when making your booking.

Check-in is at 3pm unless otherwise agreed. We will do our best to accommodate any requests however this is not always possible and is not guaranteed.

Checkout time

Checkout is strictly at 10am unless otherwise agreed.

We endeavour to keep our cleaning fees as low as possible for our guests and kindly request that, prior to checking out you

- Wash, dry and put away all dishes used during your stay. - Turn off the TV, lights and any air-conditioning/heating used. - Dispose of any rubbish into the bins provided. - Do NOT wash any linen prior to leaving the property.

Booking requirements

Please book for the number of guests staying at the property. If more guests are found to be in the property, the booking may be cancelled.

The additional fees are below for reference

Staying past 10am check out time: $55 p/h, per cleaner. Evidence of parties/pets/smoking: $150 fee. Additional guests: $50 per night/ per guest, plus the right to cancel the booking.
