Located in Kennington, this spacious home is a great base for your next stay in Bendigo. The CBD is less than 10 minutes away by car, while La Trobe University and Kennington Reservoir are just a few minutes away, making the property a convenient choice for families, couples, workers and students. The home offers three comfortable bedrooms, with one king-size bed and two queen-size beds, sleeping up to six guests. One bedroom also includes a desk and chair, providing a handy workspace for anyone needing to catch up on work during their stay. Inside, the light-filled home has a comfortable and welcoming feel. The separate living room features a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring Bendigo. The living room can be closed off from the kitchen and dining area, creating a little extra privacy when needed. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a large fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, air fryer and pod coffee machine. The recently renovated bathroom is a standout, featuring a beautiful finish, oval bath, shower and toilet. Bathroom amenities are provided for your convenience, and the separate laundry includes both a washing machine and dryer for guests to use during their stay. Outside, the large undercover deck is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a BBQ or gather with family and friends. With outdoor furniture and a spacious, fully fenced backyard, there’s plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. PortaCot Available: We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee. Please note: - Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival. - Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property. - If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay If you would like to arrange use of the PortaCot, please let us know when making your booking.

Kennington is a family-friendly suburb located in the historic city of Bendigo. This home is conveniently located close to many of Bendigo's main attractions. It is less than a 10 minute drive from Bendigo's CBD (Rosalind Park, Bendigo Art Gallery) and less than a 3 minute drive from La Trobe University. Kennington house is also nearby Kennington Reservoir and many shops/cafes.

Check-in time

Check-in is at 3pm unless otherwise agreed. We will do our best to accommodate any requests however this is not always possible and is not guaranteed.

Checkout time

Checkout is strictly at 10am unless otherwise agreed.

We endeavour to keep our cleaning fees as low as possible for our guests and kindly request that, prior to checking out you

- Wash, dry and put away all dishes used during your stay. - Turn off the TV, lights and any air-conditioning/heating used. - Dispose of any rubbish into the bins provided. - Clean the BBQ if used during your stay. - Do NOT wash any linen prior to leaving the property. - Return the keys to the lockbox provided.

Booking requirements

Please book for the number of guests staying at the property. If more guests are found to be in the property, the booking may be cancelled.

The additional fees are below for reference

Staying past 10am check out time: $55 p/h, per cleaner. Dirty BBQ (food scraps, unable to be used by next guest): $50. Evidence of parties/pets/smoking: $150 fee. Additional guests: $50 per night/ per guest, plus the right to cancel the booking. Lost keys: 100% of the replacement cost plus $50 administration fee.
