A second small loft can be accessed from a ladder in the hallway, this space is a perfect little reading nook or kids hang out space. The finished lower level has a second kitchen, bedroom with full size bed, family room with sectional sofa, large flat screen TV and Foosball table, full bathroom with shower and laundry area with washing machine and dryer. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the association in-ground pool and tennis courts. ***Restrictions: NO PETS / NO SMOKING. PETS are not allowed by the association, $500.00 fine for non-compliance.
