The apartment is located in the heart of Verona, a few steps from the Verona Arena. It is located in a historic building and is equipped with all comforts being recently renovated. It is the ideal solution to visit on foot the beauties of the center of Verona and all the famous places, in fact you can easily reach Juliet's Balcony, the Medieval Castle, Via Mazzini - the shopping street - and Piazza delle Erbe, the historic heart of Verona and ancient Roman forum. The Apartment is on the ground floor in a central building very close to the Arena. The position is superb, in the very downtown few minutes walking to everything (Arena di Verona, Piazza Erbe, Juliet's Balcony and much more). The apartment has a living room with the kitchen, a large brand new bathroom, and a separate bedroom. A cozy warm nest in the heart of Verona! The apartment has an independent heating system, the AC, a good WIFI and all the amenities for a perfect and comfortable stay. The area is very quiet despite being just a few steps away from the city's liveliest streets, filled with cafés, bars, and shops to suit every taste. We want to point out that one of the neighbors has a surveillance video camera over his entrance door for security reasons. It is not in the property space, it is not managed by us but you could be recorded exiting and entering from the outdoor to the entrance door of the apartment. The video camera is well marked with a sign according to the Italian law.
