The apartment is situated in the heart of Verona, just a few steps from the Verona Arena. It is located in a historic building and has been recently renovated to offer all modern comforts. It is a small but perfect base for exploring Verona’s city center on foot and visiting its most famous landmarks: Juliet’s Balcony, the Medieval Castle, Via Mazzini—the city’s main shopping street—and Piazza delle Erbe, the historic heart of Verona and former Roman forum, are all within easy reach. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building, just a short distance from the Arena. Its location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from major attractions such as the Arena di Verona, Piazza Erbe, Juliet’s Balcony, and more. Inside, the apartment features a small but fully equipped kitchen, a brand-new colorful bathroom, and a separate bedroom. It’s a cozy and inviting retreat in the heart of Verona! The apartment is also equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine and all the amenities needed for a perfect and comfortable stay. The area is very quiet despite being just a few steps away from the city's liveliest streets, filled with cafés, bars, and shops to suit every taste. We want to point out that one of the neighbors has a surveillance video camera over his entrance door for security reasons. It is not in the property space, it is not managed by us but you could be recorded exiting and entering from the outdoor to the entrance door of the apartment. The video camera is well marked with a sign according to the Italian law.
