This beach home perfect rental for families and golf groups alike. Renters must be 25+, ID Required. Optional amenities: Pool can be heated to 85 degrees March-October for a fee of $75 a day. 6 seater gas golf cart rental: $350 per week. Latitude Adjustment is a triumph of design: striking a perfect balance between modern convenience and classic coastal comfort. Latitude Adjustment comes complete with a cavalcade of convenient amenities, including a washer and dryer, complimentary WIFI, and 5 flatscreen CCTVs. The interior of the home is richly decorated with stylish furnishings and a cool coastal color scheme. The state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with gleaming granite counters, top-of-the-line stainless appliances, and ample cabinet space for everyone’s favorite beach snacks. Pet Rules: Pets are not permitted on any furniture, must be well behaved and house trained, and crated when left unattended Are you looking for fun away from your rental? Only 3 blocks away from Latitude Adjustment, you’ll find the warm sand of the beach. Soak up some sun in a comfortable lounge chair as you read the latest bestseller from your favorite author. Enjoy some quality time with your kids building intricate sandcastles worthy of royalty. Walk hand-in-hand down the beach with that certain special someone on a romantic sunset stroll down the beach. As the light of day gives way to a brilliant blanket of stars, return to Latitude Adjustment for a quick dip in the outdoor pool, that can be heated or chilled for a fee, before firing up the grill for a good old fashioned family barbecue. Pool heat fee is $75 per day and will be required to be paid at the time of the booking (not available November-February). Cleaning fee is $325 which includes linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. We offer a Gas 6-Seater Golf Cart rental for $350/week. This will be added to after your booking.
