1-bedroom apartment with ideal location 15 minutes from Athens’ History Museum. The accommodation features 1-bedrooms fitted with a queen-size bed. For added sleeping space, there’s a double sofa bed in the living room area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided. The kitchen is fully-equipped and perfect for guests to prepare quick meals and snacks at their convenience. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those traveling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost. Exarcheia is known for its rich street art-covered walls, and alternative scene, this neighborhood is a haven for creatives, intellectuals, and free thinkers. By day, its cozy cafés and independent bookstores invite you to linger over a Greek coffee, while at night, its lively bars and music venues pulse with underground energy. *Please kindly note: - The apartment is located on the -1 floor (basement) without an elevator. - Tourist Tax is 0,50 euro per night per room from November to March and 2,00 euros per night per accommodation from April to October. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. - For tax purposes, we kindly request the Tax ID for guests who are Greek citizens and the passport number for guests who are not Greek citizens. - We will greet you when you check in, while the rest of the time we are just a phone/message away to make your stay as comfortable as possible (Contact hours are 08:00-00:00 Greece time).
