In compliance with Greek law, each guest is required to provide certain personal details requested by the Greek Tax Authority. All information is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. As part of our pre check-in process, we will also require a valid passport ID To make your stay even more comfortable, we can help arrange a few optional extras upon request: airport transfers, grocery shopping before your arrival so the apartment is stocked, guided tours around Athens, and mid-stay cleaning. Let us know in advance if you’d like to add any of these services. It is very important that you know: 1.Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time to avoid disturbing other tenants. Thank you! 2. Pets - Animals are not permitted in our apartments, as they are not suitable for pets. Thank you for your understanding. 3. Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, you may smoke in the designated smoking spots.. Please ensure that cigarettes are properly extinguished all the time.. 4. Parties - Please note that parties and large events are not allowed in the apartments, as they are not equipped for this type of use. Thank you for your cooperation. 5. Babies and Toddlers: If needed, we offer a cot, high chair, and additional mattresses to make your stay more convenient for families with young children. 5. Our Availability and Services: While we primarily operate virtually, we want you to know that we are always here for you. Whether you have questions related to the apartment or anything else, feel free to reach out at any time. We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional hospitality and support. The television doesn't have any local channels. Quiet Hours (Greece Regulations) In accordance with Greek law (Police Order 3/1996), please respect the official quiet hours: Summer (April 1 – September 30): 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00 Winter (October 1 – March 31): 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30 During quiet hours, the following are strictly prohibited: Loud music, TV, or any high-volume noise Shouting, loud conversations, or disruptive gatherings Singing, playing musical instruments, or dancing noisily Any activity that may disturb neighbors (including in common or outdoor areas) Please note that Greek law is strictly enforced.
