**JULY 17TH-SEP 17TH CONSTRUCTION IN THE PARKING LOT. ONLY AFFECTS PARKING LOT, NOT CONDO** Welcome to Hono Kai. A small slice of paradise tucked away from the hustle and bustle of south Maui. This is our personal condo and it is only open a select number of nights a year. There is a stunning oceanview from every room in the condo except for the bathroom. It is truly paradise! B5 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. We have upgraded everything for our own comfort, so take advantage of it. In the bedroom is a king size sleep number bed. Each guest can choose their own firmness. If you haven't slept on a sleep number you will love it! There is also a tv in the bedroom, so your favorite show or movie can be watched from the comfort of the bed. In the living room we have an upgraded queen size sleeper sofa. There are no springs, which makes for the most comfortable sleep. The dining table seats 4, with 2 more chairs at the counter of the kitchen. The kitchen has been upgraded with solid granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry room directly across the hall from the condo, which makes for easy laundry should you need it. Our lanai overlooks the beautiful ocean as well as the pool area. Or go down to the pool and enjoy swimming close to the ocean. There are plenty of lounge chairs available for sunning on the grass as well as a BBQ area with picnic tables should you wish to eat outside! Ma'alaea Harbor is a short 15 min walk. Restaurants, bars, shopping, the aquarium and numerous boat excursions so close! Or take the short 15 min drive to Kihei to enjoy all it has to offer. This condo is very centrally located, easy access to both sides of the island.
