Aloha and welcome to our 2 bedroom condo at Nani Kai Hale, your home away from home! My family and I live on Maui and we are so excited to host your vacation. Don't get stuck with a major rental company that doesn't care about your individual group. We take pride in providing personal touches and making sure that we personally check on our condos to ensure your trip is the best it can be. Nani Kai Hale is a completely non-smoking complex. We ask that if you are a smoker to please look at other complexes. Our master suite has a king size bed and an adjoining bathroom. With a new mattress as well as new linens, it will be the best sleep ever! There is also a 50" TV in your room if you want to chill at the end of a long day at the beach. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed that boasts an oceanview. Perfect for another couple or the family! The living room is open to the newly remodeled kitchen. With granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances, you can cook up a feast! The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your group. The sofa is a queen size pullout if you need to accommodate 6 people. There is a 65" TV in the living room ready for your movie night! Both bathroom have been redone with travertine floors and custom granite tile work. We provide boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and an umbrella, so you just need to show up. Relax in a chaise lounge, watch whales frolic in season or take a dip in the heated pool. Watch the sunset from your lanai or join other guests at our beach front barbecue and dining area. With three gas grills and a patio with tables and chairs, beach front dining is easy and pleasurable. Sugar Beach is a sheltered bay enabling beach lovers to swim, play or stroll along 6 miles of sand, only yards from our doorstep. Dine or shop in Kihei, Wailea, and Lahaina, explore Haleakala volcano or golf at world class courses all within a few miles.
