Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds & 1 Twin pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 7). WIFI available, Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, outdoor shower, covered parking. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
