There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. The bright living area creates the perfect space to unwind after a day outdoors, while the comfortable bedrooms provide a restful retreat for a great night’s sleep. This home has two levels. First floor hosts 2 living rooms, bedroom 1 with a twin over twin bunk bed and twin trundle, bedroom 2 has a queen bed. These bedrooms have a jack and jill style shared full bathroom. This floor also has the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and a 1/2 bath. The second floor has the main bedroom 3 with a king bed, TV and a private bathroom featuring a jetted tub and stand up shower. The main living room also has a pull out sofa sleeper if you need to split up sleeping arrangements. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental.
