And don't forget to make the most of the provided lake gear — fishing poles, life vests, a paddle boat, and more! With abundant fishing opportunities and direct access to hiking and snowmobiling through the surrounding state forest, this beautiful cabin hosts the perfect outdoorsman’s retreat. HIGHLIGHTS: Flat-screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows w/ lake views, gas fireplace, dining table, ceiling fans. Fully equipped, breakfast bar w/ seating, cooking basics, spices, dishware & flatware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster. Free WiFi, washer/dryer, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, central heating & air conditioning. This property has 2 acres with lakefront views, a wood-burning fire pit, a propane grill on the deck, 1 kayak, 1 canoe, 1 paddle boat, 2 fishing poles, and 4 life vests provided. The swim area has a hard, sandy bottom and is weed-free. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: Main Bedroom: Queen (Main Level) 2nd Bedroom: Queen (Main Level) 3rd Bedroom/Loft: Two (2) Fulls & a Trundle bed that makes out into 2 twins (Upper-Level Loft) DOG FRIENDLY: This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $20/day (a maximum of $120 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them. LAKES: North Nokomis Lake is a 470-acre "full rec" lake in Oneida County. It has a maximum depth of 73 feet and has a public boat landing. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. The approach to the lake is flat, and you can easily get from the parking area to the lake and dock without stairs. The property is located at the lake's quiet end, making for minimal boat traffic and great swimming and kayaking. TRAILS: You can take off from your ATV or snowmobile right from the home to get onto the nearby trails. Some road riding will be necessary. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other similar OTA sites. When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
