You can leave the car behind and take a walk into the heart of the Soulard District where you will find some of the best bars and restaurants in the city right on your doorstep. LIVING AREA Make your way into the townhouse and be greeted with a sun-filled living area with a relaxing plush sofa that surrounds a widescreen HD Smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps to keep everyone entertained. KITCHEN & DINING The modern eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven with a cooktop, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up for you. Serve up your meals at the rustic dining space with plenty of seating for all of your guests. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS There are four spacious bedrooms within the home, each bed topped with quality linen and bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep, plus plenty of storage space for you to unpack and make yourself at home. Take the stairs up to the top level where you will find the master bedroom equipped with a large King bed and a comfy crib for the little ones. The master bath features a luxuriously inviting full-size tub and a vanity stocked with all the essentials. Everything is set up for the perfect family vacation. The second bedroom offers a plush and comfortable queen bed, the third is perfect for the kiddos with twin trundle beds. Just outside each of these bedroom doors, you'll find the second sparkling full bathroom with all the amenities. FINISHED BASEMENT Downstairs is the converted basement that is the ideal teen hangout with a wall-mounted TV and plenty of room to stretch out. This area doubles as the fourth bedroom, with two comfy twin trundle beds. Great for a movie night, game night, and any other activity for the whole family. OUTDOOR AREAS A spacious backyard with a large deck awaits you! Plenty of seating, an outdoor fan, and a hammock! What more could you ask for. McGurk's draws a crowd every night of the week. Molly's and 1860s have great live music! The Great Grizzly (across the street from the front of our building) is one of the oldest bars in St. Louis and offers free shuttles to and from all home games. Dukes which is across the street (behind our building) has become one of the most popular bars in Soulard! Visitors can enjoy an endless section of entertainment in the Soulard district year-round, including craft beer at International Tap House, oysters, and crawfish on the beautifully-landscaped patio at Molly’s in Soulard, homemade cupcakes at Sweet Divine, Irish stew at McGurk’s, and blueberry-flavored margaritas at Chavas Mexican Restaurant. Take part in Pub Crawls that are held throughout the neighborhood and on the music front, Soulard offers some of the city’s best jazz, blues, folk, and rock music options. With over thirty bars, restaurants, and quirky shops that are scattered throughout the narrow tree-lined streets, every one of them has an elaborate outdoor courtyard, patio, or sidewalk area from which to enjoy the beautiful historic scenery. For history buffs, the area plays host to the city’s oldest church and the oldest building and for the brave, there are several haunted houses, including The Darkness, located near the former Welsh Baby Carriage factory. Some must-visit award-winning restaurants and cafes within Soulard are Bogart’s Smokehouse for America's Best Ribs, the Capitalist Pig BBQ, John D. McGurk’s Irish Pub, and Sidney Street Café. GUEST VERIFICATION SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations. TRUST & SAFETY The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury. The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”. NIGHTLY PRICING Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates. EXTRA GUEST FEE For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count. COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours. ✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm ✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures.
