From the entrance, stairs lead down to the first lower-ground level, where you’ll find the large modern kitchen, comfortable living room with Smart TV, and one of the four bedrooms. On this level, there is also a bathroom with a shower located just off the kitchen. The bedroom on this floor features a double basin and a walk-in shower within the room itself (please note there is no toilet in this bedroom). Continuing downstairs to the lower basement level, there are three further bedrooms along with a large family bathroom serving this floor. The private garden is accessed from the kitchen via outdoor stairs, providing a peaceful extension of the living space - perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or relaxing in the fresh air. As the property is set across several levels, guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.
