NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS Located in a quiet, yet central cul de sac, the apartment is situated on one of the upper floors of one of Bath's most historic Georgian terraces. The entrance hall leads into the fabulously decorated spacious living area with high ceilings, original fireplace, luxurious wallpaper and comfortable sofa and seating. The sofa converts into a double sofa bed. The dining table is framed by two noteworthy antique pillars and is situated in a bay window with sweeping views across Bath. A well equipped kitchen - including oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle has all you will need during stay. Leading from the living room is the exquisite bedroom with four poster kingsize bed, sofa, fireplace, bedroom cupboard with hanging space and small desk. A modern ensuite bathroom enjoys a walk in shower, sink and WC. A small cupboard contains a washing machine and iron and ironing board. Please note that this apartment is unsuitable for children due to the number of pieces of artwork and antiquities. This apartment is on the third floor and does not have a lift. Parking is available in the city car parks. Charlotte Street Car Park is the closest and is a 5-10 minute walk away. Alternatively there are park and ride services to the north and the south of the city. Early check in and late check outs can be arranged subject to availability, charges will apply.
