Our spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The master bedroom features a comfy king bed, closet, and bedside lamps. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, closet, and bedside lamps, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends with two twin beds, a closet, and bedside lamps. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the cookware essentials. Relax in the inviting living room with ample seating and a 40-inch Smart TV, or head to the family room for even more entertainment options: a 65-inch Smart TV, ergonomic workstation with a monitor and printer, and a fun arcade. House Rules Required ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Dog Policy: This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Locations of All Security Cameras 1. Ring Doorbell Camera on front door. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
