The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook for your entire crew in your home away from home. Between our 4 private bedrooms, The Lake Escape can accommodate 15 guests. (1) The master bedroom features a Queen-size bed surrounded by large windows, a TV with local channels, and an en suite bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed with luxury linens and bedding. Downstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms: (3) The first bedroom features a Queen bed and Twin bunk beds with a Twin-size trundle bed. (4) Our second bedroom is complete with 2 Twin bunk beds, both with Twin-size trundle beds beneath. ★ Not pet friendly. ★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
