About the Home
Sail & Summit was designed to take full advantage of its elevated setting above Beaver Lake. The home combines modern comfort with the natural beauty of the Ozarks, giving your group plenty of space to gather while still offering room to spread out. The open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen create the heart of the home. Gather around the table for dinner, relax together in the living room, or prepare breakfast before heading out for a day of exploring. The kitchen is stocked for group stays with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, cookware, serving pieces, and family-friendly dining essentials. With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, Sail & Summit comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests. This stretch of Beaver Lake is frequented by sailboats, so you may often see them moving through the cove below. From the home's elevated position, the lake unfolds across the horizon with wooded Ozark hills surrounding the view. When the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the changing light across the lake. The home is designed to make the most of its surroundings, with comfortable outdoor spaces that give your group a front-row view of the landscape.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and to the Lost Bridge Recreation Center, located within the village. The community amenities include: • Swimming pool • Picnic grounds • Barbecue area • Playground • Indoor games • Tennis courts • Pickleball courts Recreation Center Pool: Pool access is $5 per person, per day. The Recreation Center pool is open: • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM • Sunday: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM • Tuesday: Closed To enter the pool, ring the doorbell at the Recreation Center. A staff member will assist with sign-in and collect payment. Please note that boats and trailers are not permitted at the Recreation Center, and boats cannot be launched from the nearby shoreline. For boat ramps, boat rentals, and slip rentals, we recommend Lost Bridge North & South Park or Lost Bridge Marina. Additional fees may apply.
