Welcome to Blue Water's Edge! We are excited to host you and your family! We have designed and built this home as a vacation rental for you and your group/ family 4400 sq ft, 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths! Two kitchens, Two living rooms. hot tub, heated pool and gas fire pit! Blue Water's Edge welcomes you! We are excited for your vacation. Designed and built in 2020. This home's whole purpose was designed with you and your family in mind. Make this your family vacation spot! It has everything to keep your group comfortable, happy and entertained. It includes many features only available on a purpose built vacation rental some of those features are: *Pool heating has no extra cost, please note our pool heater is an air to air heat pump model. Not gas burning it does not operate under 56 degrees, and is most effective when air temp is over 70. 2 instant hot water heaters. So you can run 4 showers at the same time and never run out of hot water. 2 laundry rooms with stacked washer and dryers 2 full kitchens. One on each level. That gives you a lot of refrigerator space! EV car charger in the garage. Pool and lake views from 5 of the 7 bed rooms Large gas grill on the deck. Gas fire pit with timer. Large covered lake side porch. Enjoy the view and watch the kids jump in the pool. Or lots of deck and pool side patio if you prefer to soak up some sun. The home sits on a high bluff giving you amazing views. Look down ( yes look down) from the deck at sea gulls and the occasional soaring bald eagle! 107' of private lake Michigan beach frontage. Hike down to the beach and lounge on one of the 6 beach lounge chairs we have provided. Need more action take one of the two supplied kayaks out for a paddle. Or try your balance on one of the two Paddle Boards we supply. Paddling is the best way to explore the lake shore. Be sure to take some time to search the sandy beach for Petoskey stones, easiest to find after a storm. Please note there are about 100 steps and some trails to the beach. It's also a 10 minute hike back up to the house from the beach. Take your time and enjoy nature, alternatively the salt water pool has all the warm water you will need! Pool time! Salt water and heated. Also featuring a heated outdoor shower. Separate hot tub for night time star gazing and late night freighter watching. Freighters come in-and-out of Ludington port at night. Blue Waters Edge is conveniently located between Pentwater and Ludington 15 minutes from each. Enjoy the best of both. If a drive up beach is more your style there are 3 to pick from : To get a better idea of their location from the house and reviews, we recommend Google or trip advisor 1. Buttersville Park (down the street) close small beach 2. Stearns Park located downtown Ludington (15 min away) large beach with handicap accessible walkways.Pair this with lunch or ice cream from House of Flavors . 3. Ludington State Park Beach. This is the big one! 5300 acres of scenic sand dunes, beaches and the big Sable point lighthouse Mason county picnic area is across the street, play the disc golf course or hike up to the lookout tower that overlooks the Pump storage facility. Blue Waters Edge has a maximum of 20 Guests allowed. The security deposit is a temporary hold on your credit card and will be auto lifted 7-14 days after your stay. Please note the short term lease agreement must be signed before check in information will be given. Payment policy: 50% of booking price due at the time of booking. The remainder balance will be due 50 days before your stay. Our Cancelation policy: 100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel 60 days before check in. No refund if you cancel after 60 days. Cancel by 11:59 pm (property's local time) 60 days before your check in date, listed to qualify for the refund amount.
