Elevator access to the 2nd Floor and Game Room. There is just not enough space to list all the amazing features we have to offer you and your group! Below is highlight of our best features! Living Room We offer two inside Livingroom spaces. One on the main floor and one on the lower floor. Along with plenty of covered patio and deck space for you and your family to gather. Deck/Patio Our Deck and Patio area is probably where you will end up spending the most time! Comfortable chairs, nice lighting, outdoor gas fireplace, gas grill = PERFECTION Dining Seating for 12 people around the dining table. The Kitchen Island can also seat 6 additional people. As well as the outside bar countertop seating. Balcony Private Balcony off the second floor. A nice place for your morning coffee and to watch the street below Kitchenette in the lower level for the overflow of snacks and beverages. Outdoor play area across the street. Bedroooms Two bunk rooms on the 1st floor with a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom between them. Each floor has a bedroom with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a bathroom close by. Waters Edge Suites is across the street from Stearns Beach on Lake Michigan in Ludington. Downtown Ludington, tighten up your shoelaces and head up town for some great food and drinks! Only 12 min stroll from your Suite! Suite B has a maximum of 18 Guests allowed. The security deposit is a temporary hold on your credit card and will be auto lifted 7-14 days after your stay. Please note the short term lease agreement must be signed before check in information will be given. This is a Multi Unit Building. There are security cameras in the lobby, game room ,and fire stairwell. Payment policy: 51% of booking price due at the time of booking. The remainder balance will be due 50 days before your stay. Our Cancelation policy: 100% refund of the amount paid if you cancel 60 days before check in. No refund if you cancel after 60 days. Cancel by 11:59 pm (property's local time) 60 days before your check in date listed to qualify for the refund amount. We have security cameras in the common spaces, parking lot and fire stairwell.
