Sliding doors open to a pristine backyard featuring a firepit and lounge seating—perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, or winding down after the day’s adventures. The gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a full refrigerator and freezer, a Keurig/12-cup coffee maker combo, and all the essentials for home cooking. The dining table for four overlooks the dramatic canyon landscape, creating a memorable backdrop for every meal. A lower-level second living room doubles as a private bedroom with a king-size sofa bed. For stays of 60 nights or more, a signed lease, an application, and a refundable deposit are required (additional fees apply). • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
