Newly built and beautifully designed, this waterfront retreat pairs coastal living with a coveted Fort Myers Beach location. A dramatic wall of glass opens wide to the patio, while the Times Square area shimmers across the water. Six king bedrooms, an elevator, heated saltwater pool, and hot tub set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Every detail at this newly built home was chosen to make your time here feel a little more special. Bright, coastal and luxurious, the home has the atmosphere of a true seaside retreat, easy to settle into, beautiful to wake up in, and hard to leave. The main living spaces are bright, open, and beautifully connected. The kitchen is equipped for everything from holiday and celebratory meals to relaxed alfresco dinners overlooking the sky bridge and a dedicated wine bar and upstairs coffee bar make morning coffee and evening cocktails feel a little more special. Outside, the lanai was made for sunny Florida days, with pool loungers set out in the sunshine, in-water loungers on the sun shelf, and a shaded seating area with an outdoor sofa, chairs, and TV. A new Nexgrill deluxe with 6 main burners and a side burner make outdoor cooking easy, plus an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off the sand, cool down, and step back into the house after an evening swim. Just for a little extra added fun play a round or two of ping pong on the pool level. On the first floor, two king bedrooms with private baths sit just off the main living spaces, making them an easy choice for guests who want to stay on the lower level.
