Personally hosted by Paul & Alicia of Dancing Palms Vacations, this stylish coastal home offers a brand-new experience with a spacious lanai and fenced backyard only a short walk to the white sugar sand beach. Start your morning with coffee on the covered front porch, enjoying bay views & Gulf breezes. Relax by the saltwater heated pool with a book, throw something on the blackstone grill or enjoy cozy outdoor seating for lounging and dining. End the day with a sunset stroll or a walk to nearby bars and restaurants. (FMB permit/license 25-0052) The entrance to the house is up a level of stairs, with a midway landing that leads to the covered front porch. Inside is an open concept living room/kitchen /dining space. The master bedroom has a King, second bedroom has a queen, third bedroom has 2 full beds. There is a sofa bed in the living space. There are 2 bathrooms, the shared guest bath has double vanities and the master has double vanities with a glass door shower. The backyard has a large covered patio lanai area next to the pool with plenty of seating for both dining and separate lounging for shade all day. Four sun loungers by the pool get plenty of ☀️ Covered parking for 2 cars plus 2 more uncovered. 6 minute Walk to the beach, less than 15 to Times Square, restaurants and bars. Avoid the high season car traffic with our walk to everything location.. by sidewalk! We are located in the North End area near the Diamondhead Resort, a great happy hour spot. WE have peeks of the bay from the covered front porch. The free Fort Myers Beach open air Tram can be accessed near the end of our street during operating hours. The Tram can take you to town with shopping, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops.
