Rosenthaler Calling - Rooftop Apartment

Description

Enjoy freedom and flexibility. Homaris apartments offer you a home in a foreign city. Be independent, because we have already prepared everything for you. Whether it's a city trip with friends or a business trip, alone or with your team - we offer accommodations in different sizes in different cities. Our apartments impress with modern design, a central location and amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Each apartment at Homaris tells its own story - is individual. Just like you! This old-style Berlin penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen for you to use with space to sit and relax, have a drink and watch TV. You'll have your own bedroom with 180cm double plus single bed, a kitchen/living room with one 140cm sofa bed and your own private bathroom. Please note that the flat is located at 5th floor without elevator. You could not be better located! You're in the middle of Mitte, where everything happens. Restaurants, bars and cultural experiences are a stone's throw from your front door. The huge green public park Volkspark am Weinbergsweg is also close by. Please note that a check in is only possible online via our digital check in system. The link for this will be provided in the reservation confirmation. After successfully providing the required data (filling out and signing the registration form and uploading your ID or passport), you will receive access to your guest area with information about your stay with us. Our Support Team is available 24/7 via phone or chat. We reserve the right to authorize a deposit by credit card at check-in.
