This beautiful apartment is centrally located in Berlin Mitte ! The 45m² apartment has high ceilings and large double doors. It offers space for up to 8 to sleep. You’ll have a full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven & stove and microwave. The bathroom offers a walk-in rain shower and seperate WC. Get ready for a truly Berlin experience just a stone's throw away from Rosenthaler Platz, Kollwitz-Kiez, Mauerpark and Alexanderplatz.

House Rules and Terms

Out of consideration for other guests and the residents of the house, we ask you to observe the following rules

* Be aware of the noise level, both when leaving the apartment and when coming home. * Especially at night it is not allowed to stay in the courtyard of the apartment building or directly in front of the apartment door. * The night rest is from 22:00 - 06:00 hours. * All our apartments are equipped with decibel monitoring. If there is a repeated disturbance of the peace, the security service will be notified. The cost of the service will be 350€. * We reserve the right to authorize a deposit by credit card at check-in.
