The Parrish Collection staff always provides excellent service, and the rental properties are always in great locations and in excellent shape. We have stayed in this apartment complex twice before and had positive experiences, but unfortunately, this time was disappointing. While the property is in a great location, the condition of the apartment has declined significantly and is in desperate need of renovation and updates. The bathroom cabinets had a terrible smell, likely due to moisture buildup, and the shelving was so dirty and worn out that it should at least have some liners to cover it. The lamp shades throughout the home were also covered in dust, adding to the overall lack of cleanliness. The dining chairs were literally falling apart—my son even scraped his arm on a broken armrest. The placemats on the table were also falling apart, contributing to the overall feeling of neglect. To make matters worse, we encountered cockroaches during our stay, which was completely unacceptable. Having stayed here before, it’s disappointing to see the quality drop so drastically.
