Sleeps up to 4 with a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and double sofa bed in the living area. The large terrace with outdoor seating is a perfect spot for taking in the panoramic views! Free private parking for one vehicle. The flat is right in the centre of Falmouth, however it is on a secluded street so is very quiet and peaceful. The location also means the flat is surrounded with an abundance of great cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops. There are also lots of tourist attractions within easy walking distance, including the historic Pendennis castle right at the tip of the river mouth. From here coastal paths traverse for miles. The flat is part of a shared building, please keep noise to a minimum to be respectful of the neighbours otherwise you'll be asked to leave. Noise in the communal area to be kept to a minimum especially between the hours of 11pm and 7am. No smoking inside the building. Please note: We have a small sofa bed which can fit two adults, but is better suited for one adult or two children
