A beautifully presented 3 bedroom Georgian cottage overlooking a central park. Full of character; wooden floors, french style kitchen, antique mirrors and tables and velvet furniture in the cosy sitting room with log burner. A perfect sanctuary to regroup and relax after spending the day in the bustling city. Free parking and small dog friendly! Longer stays welcome. In the cottage you will find a light and spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A dining table seats six and is situated under lovely skylights that flood the room with natural light. Relax in the cosy sitting room on the luxurious velvet sofas, and in the winter months enjoy the log burner. There is a further room with a desk that would make an ideal working space. The cute single bedroom can also be found downstairs. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and the bathroom with bath and shower. The front bedroom overlooks the park and has a comfortable wrought iron double bed. The back bedroom has a king sized bed and stunning views across the valley towards Box Hill. The private south facing garden has a small table and chairs for soaking up the sun and enjoying a morning coffee or end of the day drinks. Located in the Beacon Hill neighbourhood in the Lansdown area of Bath. Lansdown is a prestigious, high-lying residential area in Bath, known for its stunning Georgian and Victorian architecture. The house is located in Richmond Place which has a central green and a historic pub called The Richmond Arms. Free parking is available for a small car in the driveway or on the street outside for a larger car. One small, well behaved dog is welcome at the property. There is a charge of £35 per dog that stays with us. Early check in and late check outs can be arranged subject to availability, charges will apply.
