The full bathroom has all the essential amenities for your comfort. For added convenience, the apartment includes an elevator, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. This apartment is perfect for couples on vacation, professionals traveling for work, or a weekend getaway in the vibrant city of Porto. Almada Street, where the apartment is located, is in the heart of Porto, offering an authentic and vibrant experience. Just steps away, you'll find the iconic Lello Bookstore and the imposing Clérigos Tower, both within easy walking distance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the city's history and culture. The local gastronomy is a delight, with numerous restaurants and cafes just minutes away where you can savor Portuguese cuisine. The Trindade metro station, only 300 meters away, offers easy access to all of Porto's attractions, making exploring the city simple and convenient. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of €200 will be applied for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A charge of €200 per hour will apply if you check out without authorization after the scheduled time. If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (subject to inquiry). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon inquiry. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will need to pay the excess. The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection, with monthly visits expected.
