Additional Information • Tax: 12% Pool with heater (additional charge of $500 per week) - Air conditioning, metered with an allowance of $400 per week. - A refundable security deposit of $2,000, or a 10% security deposit of the nightly rate, whichever is greater, will need to be paid at the same time as the final payment. The Security Deposit will be refunded to the guest upon confirmation that no damages have been done to the home or that any outstanding balances are due. Please note that there is a 12% tax applicable to any additional goods or services provided during your stay. This includes fees for extra amenities such as air conditioning, pool heating, butler service, cleaning, and any other services or goods you may request during your stay.
