Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, Key West has a way of making you slow down, breathe in the salty air, and enjoy every moment. 🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026) Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting). During this time: • The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable • Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours • Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks • Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities. By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions. ⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. The base rate covers up to 6 guests; maximum occupancy is 8. Guests #7 and #8 incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival. 🐾 PETS We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. 🚗 PARKING Free on-site parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, including a golf cart rental. 🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS) Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted. 👤 AGE REQUIREMENT All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent. 🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
