KITTS – A WATERFRONT PENTHOUSE RETREAT AT PELICAN LANDING Located in the Pelican Landing Condominium building, St. Kitts is a private, two-story waterfront penthouse perched atop one of the tallest buildings in Key West, offering unmatched sunrise and sunset views and an exceptional setting for large groups. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath penthouse plus loft offers approximately 2,000 sq ft of living space and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests—ideal for large families, group getaways, or multi-generational stays. 🌅 DUAL BALCONIES & WATER VIEWS Enjoy morning coffee on one balcony and sunset cocktails on the other, with sweeping marina and city views. Watch boats pass by or dine outdoors with the salt water breeze. 📍 PRIME DOWNTOWN LOCATION Located in historic Downtown Key West, you’re less than 1 mile from Duval Street, the Historic Seaport, and the Hemingway House. The building sits next to a large public park with tennis courts and open green space, and is just 10 minutes from Key West International Airport (EYW). 🛏️ LAYOUT & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS UPPER LEVEL: • Primary suite with two Queen beds, ensuite bath, city views, and private balcony access • Second bedroom with two Queen beds, ensuite bath, city views, and balcony access • Loft area with two Twin beds—ideal for kids or flexible sleeping LOWER LEVEL: • Marina-view primary suite with King bed, ensuite bath, and water views • Additional bedroom with two Queen beds and ensuite bath All bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs with cable, and high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. 🛋️ The spacious living area features floor-to-ceiling glass and waterfront views—perfect for group gatherings, shared meals, and game nights. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, cookware, and utensils (please note: spices and oil are not provided). 🧺 Full-size washer and dryer included for extended stays. 🚤 DOCK ACCESS Dock access is provided by the Pelican Landing Condominium Association and is subject to availability, maintenance, and repairs. Please refer to the Dock Construction Notice for details regarding temporary dock closures and related amenity interruptions during scheduled construction periods. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, Key West has a way of making you slow down, breathe in the salty air, and enjoy every moment. 🚧 DOCK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (APRIL–MAY 2026) Please be advised that the Pelican Landing Condominium Association has scheduled a full dock rebuild beginning April 27, 2026, with an estimated duration of approximately 30 days (weather permitting). During this time: • The dock, all boat slips, and the fish cleaning station will be completely unavailable • Construction will occur Monday–Saturday during daytime hours • Intermittent construction noise is expected, with the most significant activity during the first two weeks • Construction personnel and equipment will be present in the marina This project is limited to the condominium dock area only and does not impact the interior of the condo, furnishings, pool, parking, or other on-site amenities. By booking during this period, guests acknowledge and accept these temporary conditions. ⏰ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. The base rate covers up to 10 registered guests. Guests #11 and above incur a fee of $100 per person per night and must be included on the reservation prior to arrival. 🐾 PETS We welcome one dog up to 25 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. 🚗 PARKING Free on-site parking is guaranteed for two vehicles, which may include a golf cart if rented. 🚤 DOCKAGE DETAILS (OUTSIDE CONSTRUCTION PERIODS) Maximum boat length 40 ft, maximum beam 13 ft, with an 18-ft fixed bridge clearance into the marina. Overnight stays on boats are not permitted. 👤 AGE REQUIREMENT All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent. 🌴 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT REMINDER Our home is treated monthly by professional pest control; however, in Key West’s climate, occasional insect sightings are possible. If needed, we will promptly arrange professional inspection and treatment. Access must be permitted for service.
