Situated in the 'Old Town' area, it's just a short 5-minute walk to the vibrant downtown and beautiful beaches. This cozy garden level condo is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and breweries. *All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Please be aware that this unit is located at ground level with 6 steps leading down to the unit door entrance. There is no elevator in the building. This charming unit features: Spacious bedroom with king bed Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and drip coffee for a comfortable stay. Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. This condo is 850 square feet. On Union Street, just a few blocks south of Front Street, you'll find TC’s Old Town district. This charming shopping area has a relaxed and casual vibe, with a variety of businesses including galleries, boutiques, home goods stores, salons, a local grocer (known for its excellent butcher counter), and a few eateries. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. Pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
