This oceanfront condo offers unobstructed ocean views and an open floor plan. From the living room of this 3 BR condo your attention is immediately drawn out the double sliding doors to the ocean. The ocean views continue from the main BR which shares access to the expansive oceanfront deck via another set of sliding doors. Both guest bedrooms are extremely spacious This unit has an amazing location and is an easy bike ride to the boardwalk! This is a 2nd floor unit and there is no elevator. The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather. We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents. - Centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer: fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants , eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out the new mural project around Carolina Beach too! - Less than 40 minutes to Airport (ILM) - Less than 30 minutes to downtown Wilmington There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
